Asset management

Understanding the implications of structural shifts in the way consumers behave enables our team to engage with tenants to understand their growth plans and what they need from the locations where they operate.
When looking at a site, we aim to assemble an attractive mix of national tenants alongside the installation of EV charging infrastructure to drive footfall and dwell time, maximising opportunities for tenants. At the same time we consider the potential benefits of repositioning and whether there are additional income opportunities from, for example, onsite digital advertising.

By adopting this approach we are able to ensure tenants get the most out of their facilities enabling us to optimise long term rents, diversify income streams and deliver sustainable returns for investors.

Working with occupiers

We work very closely with our occupiers whether on existing tenancies, developing new sites for them or creating property funding solutions that enable them to expand their businesses.

Energy transition

Across our portfolio we look for opportunities to increase income from all aspects of a site. This includes working with a variety of EV charging and battery storage infrastructure providers to install EV charging hubs. Not only does this valuable amenity serve local communities and passing traffic, it creates opportunities for tenants and contributes towards the UK’s energy transition decarbonisation strategy.
