We develop, forward fund and acquire investments


Acquisition criteria:

  • Roadside convenience real estate including Drive Thrus, food stores, trade counters, and local logistics with the ability to provide ultra-fast EV charging facilities on site.
  • Strong nationwide locations on arterial roads with over 20,000 daily car movements close to large catchments.
  • Development sites: three to 10 acres with or without planning consents.
  • Investments: individual lots from £3.0 million to over £30.0 million and portfolios from £30 million to over £100 million.

Forward Funding

We have an established track record in fundings with our deep technical expertise and will consider lots over £5.0 million.

We have also been active in structuring forward funding transactions across portfolios. This gives us the opportunity to acquire modern, sustainable buildings with excellent EPC ratings.

Asset management

We seek to acquire property that we can improve through redevelopment to create modern sustainable assets.

We will acquire assets either with short leases or where there are opportunities to restructure them, working with tenants to increase tenures.

Sustainability

When investing or developing assets we seek: ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’ BREEAM ratings; an EPC rating of A or B, (or an ability to improve). We are moving towards Net Zero construction, pre-fabricated low carbon building solutions and solar power with battery storage.
